IN-DEPTH POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. SHIPPING AND ADDRESS INQUIRIES

1A. If the wrong address is provided at checkout and your item has shipped, I cannot change the address, I cannot have your package forwarded to your current address, or have the package sent back to me. No replacement or refund will be issued. Please ensure you enter the correct address.
- If you enter the wrong address and message me BEFORE your item has shipped, I CAN change the address. The new address must be provided before the package has been marked "shipped"

1B. Make sure you use your home address, or, if you're purchasing as a gift, for a friend, ensure you put their name down with their address. USPS can deny delivering a package, stating "This individual does not live at this address".

1C. If your item says 'running late' when it is in transit, it is simply running late, there is nothing I can do. I will not send a replacement due to the package running late.

1D. If your package has been stolen, I will issue a replacement only if a police report has been filed and verification has been sent via Etsy message, or email.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

2A. All processing times can be found with each listing, under "shipping" it will give you the processing time for that product and an estimated delivery.

3. VINYL COLORS

3A. Every vinyl with 'Holographic, or Holo' after it, under the vinyl choices and or on the vinyl chart, are HOLOGRAPHIC. Which means, the vinyl changes color, in the sunlight/shade, different angles, etc.

3B. Every Holographic Vinyl has at least 3 different colors in it.

3C. If the wrong color of vinyl is chosen during checkout, there will be no replacement or refund provided.

4. PATTERNED VINYL COLORS

4A. The patterned vinyl colors are beautiful, however there are some things you need to know before you choose a patterned vinyl color. These vinyl colors include, OG Leopard, Sunflower Pattern and Luna Leopard.

4B. The vinyl colors stated above have black in them, therefor when they are placed on tinted windows, windows and or dark surfaces the vinyl color will blend, and it will be hard to read/see the decal properly. I only recommend using these 3 vinyl colors on light surfaces.
